Make a payment
Whether you pay by mail or through your financial institution's bill pay service, where you send your payment depends on what kind of policy you have. It's important to send the payment to the address listed on your billing statement.

If you need to submit a new claim, please submit your claim online through your account or contact the Claims Call Center at 877-467-2252.
Need to check on the status of an existing claim? For the fastest response text your adjuster (if you have opted into Hi Marley claims texting). Or, you can call 877-649-0823 or email adjuster@grinnellmutual.com.
Please note: You cannot cash Grinnell Mutual claims checks over $2,500 at a bank other than your own. Please deposit check into your bank account; the funds will be available according to standard check-clearing procedures.
